This app is at best mediocre, and at worst supremely frustrating and downright useless. When it works, seeing the mobile tickets to add to your wallet, and automatically earning Connections points while booking a ticket is very nice. However, at least 60% of the time when I try to buy tickets through the app, it rejects my credit cards. Says the payment couldnt be processed or the billing zipcode or security code were incorrct, even though Ive been using the card exactly the same way with dozens of other online retailers without issue. And its not even consistent; I have had the same card both get rejected and go through with this app in the same month. Last week I went through 3 credit cards before I finally found one that this app would accept.
My second gripe is that it doesnt store payment information. You have to retype everything in every time you check out.
If you could fix those two things, and also make it so the entire theater is visible in the app when you choose your reserved seat, I would rate the app 4 stars (right now you cant see the last two or three columns of seats on each side unless you pinch and zoom out and try to tap them really quickly, at least on iPhone 6)
