The app will not allow you to purchase tickets. Missing fields it wants filled out before purchase will go through.

Despite the current broken feature that doesnt allow you to earn points after cinemode is over its still a nice app. Hopefully the Cinemode feature will be fixed soon

Good app in general but it keeps crashing on both my iPad and iPhone.

I really want this app because we live next to two great Cinemark theatres. I have an iPhone 7 and I cant get past the loading screen... says loading for 15 seconds then crashes. Tried on both wifi and LTE. Whats going on?

Cant enter payment info as no last name field available on iPhone or ipad...used to love it...fix please

For the most part this app is great but since the update to the app and from what it looks like the webpage you cant see your past purchases and save your payment info(the update cleared all payment info) So beside those things it a great app!.... Cinemark please fix this issue fast

Using cinemode earned me a small drink if a) I buy nachos--which I dont eat, and b) I do it within 9 days. The customer loyalty program is not worth the effort. In fact, even though the program is free, it makes you feel cheated. What a marketing nightmare. Whoever devised the rules for this loyalty program seriously missed the mark.

Often doesnt work. Says it cant connect, even when on home wifi. Poorly made app.

I like the app, but I cant search for a movie title. I go to the search page and type in a movie and it just sits there. Nothing ever happens.

Hint - only gives points for each transaction - so buy multiple tickets with multiple transactions to get more points. Only get points for 1 cinnemode per day no matter how many movies you see. Cinemark really needs to give actual rewards like Regal. I dont want songs or posters. Give me free movies like Regal.

I downloaded this app for the rewards however it is poorly built and keeps crashing. :(

Will not open ticket information. It automatically shuts app closed when trying to view tickets!

I dont know why anyone would buy a ticket through this app and pay a service fee when you can get a cheaper in person when theres no rush at the theater

It need to be fix it. Very poor app. It crash every time that I try to see a movie info.

Will neither keep me logged in nor save my credit card info, no matter what boxes I check. I wish Cinemark would waive the transaction fee for members, like AMC. As a result of this fee, I go to AMC whenever I can.
