Cinemark Theatres App Reviews

This is a list of all the problems I have with this app: 1) Why do I have to log in every time (from my own cellphone) i want to buy a movie ticket? 2) And the worst part is that even though my credit card is saved on my account, I still have to manually type it in the old-fashioned page of the app. When I buy my tickets from my laptop, I dont have to type my CC.. I just have to put the CVC code. You need to fix this and add an option for Apple Pay 3) When I heard about "Connections" I was excited about the rewards program because I thought it would be like "AMC stubs". I like the rewards that you offer but I dont like the limited options to get points.. For example, you can only get 30 points per day and 10 points per transaction (no matter how much you spend!!).. That is ridiculous! You should be able to get more points if you spend more money. I hope you guys fix all of these

Great for looking up movie times. Quick to use and has some interesting features like CineMode. Solid app.

Nice app... I can view all the movie/showtime info and buy my tickets easily. Love Cinemode rewards and the new Connections rewards.

Great app! Now I can search my favorite theatres showtimes right from my phone!!

I love this app and Cinemark theatres but it needs to support Apple Pay so we dont have to re-enter credit card info everytime. I would love to see 3D touch support for quick access to movie times at your favorite theatre, coupons, and cinemode Also please allow us to add Our connections card to the wallet app like tickets! This is what makes it 3-star.

"Minor bug fixes"? More like major! The app works just fine now and Im not afraid to open it anymore. There is still a lingering problem of my favorite theater not showing up on the Home menu, but I wont harp on it too much since the rest of the app is no longer frustrating. And since AMC ruined their app in the most recent update to it, Cinemark now has the best app for a movie theater company. Good job!
