The Cinemark app sucks and you should fix it immediately I just signed up with a valid email and password online. I should be able to sign into my account on the app right away with the same log in information. Whoever created this app needs to have a bigger brain and fix this. 0 stars

not even sure that this is an award based loyalty app. You can collect points but redeem it on nothing. Regal beats them hands down. This is crap

It sucks. No acceptable options to use points! It's almost as bad as the Hollywood actors! Come up with something better please...

I don't understand this app. If it is meant to be a loyalty program enabler app than it completely fails. Connection points have a small daily point limit, Redemption choices suck, and cinemode time limits don't add any value for my family. Even using the app to buy movie tickets add a service fee.

I wouldnt buy movie tickets anywhere else. Way to go Cinemark. This app rocks!

I have NEVER left a review before. Made a special exception for this garbage of an app.

This app is at best mediocre, and at worst supremely frustrating and downright useless. When it works, seeing the mobile tickets to add to your wallet, and automatically earning Connections points while booking a ticket is very nice. However, at least 60% of the time when I try to buy tickets through the app, it rejects my credit cards. Says the payment couldnt be processed or the billing zipcode or security code were incorrct, even though Ive been using the card exactly the same way with dozens of other online retailers without issue. And its not even consistent; I have had the same card both get rejected and go through with this app in the same month. Last week I went through 3 credit cards before I finally found one that this app would accept. My second gripe is that it doesnt store payment information. You have to retype everything in every time you check out. If you could fix those two things, and also make it so the entire theater is visible in the app when you choose your reserved seat, I would rate the app 4 stars (right now you cant see the last two or three columns of seats on each side unless you pinch and zoom out and try to tap them really quickly, at least on iPhone 6)

Lists all the movies movies being shown at each theater. No problems on this app. Even gives you the ticket prices and how much it will cost determined for the day and time the movie is being shown. Ive had no problems with it. Only thing that could make it better is to add trailers for each movie.

Well that was convenient for them! I had a pretty significant amount of rewards and credits in my account until it auto updated and erased it all. Not that I really needed it, but shady is all I can say. Get it right Cinemark, in a time where customer loyalty matters, Im disappointed.

Cinemark is not only an amazing movie theater but also a great, family friendly experience. The workers are the best part about this theater. I live in Texas and attend Cinemark in Roanoke regularly and I have to say theres nothing better than it. This app adds so many great features and rewards that will always be close to my heart. The app looks simple and elegant and works so well. The reward coupons are easy to use and I am rewarded regularly for putting my phone in cinemode. I will use this app till I die.

My phone doesnt get good enough signal in the theatre so I dont get rewards. They should have wifi set up so that it will but they dont. Bummer.

I purchased tickets using this app and the QR code that comes up shows no purchase information and a purchase dare of January 1, 0001. I tried to call customer service but they are only open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. So what do you do on a weekend??? Sent email and all it shows is awaiting assignment!!! A lot of good that does. Thank goodness the theater could pull it up using a confirmation number. I will stick with Fandango at least they allow you to print at home and save to your phone!!!!

... but thats not too often lately. Last two times at the movies got an error message that it couldnt connect and Cinemode didnt work. No rewards (not that theyre that great to begin with). Regal has a much better program.

Rewards for connections and cinemode give you nothing worth more than taking a dump. Signing up for their email newsletter gives you better benefits. Why it is so hard to give one free movie or even some free concession for "reward points" i dont know. This is as corporate scam as it can get. Its like giving free napkins and water for rewards.

Bought first And last ticket using app. Charged extra because used the app. Will just by ticket from kiosk or window and save my money.

The app is fine, overall. The biggest flaws are that it does not save payment info, so it requires you to enter it every time. Also, it charges a $3.00 "Convenience" fee for every transaction.
