Cant add tickets to Wallet. Whats the point of having a feature that doesnt work? This issue seems to be pretty insistent with other users, and this particular complaint has apparently been around for months. Last updated on 2/10/16 but with a major feature still broken. Wheres the actual support?

Constantly crashes since updating and unable to add my tickets to my wallet. Keeps saying pass is not valid

Will not allow me to add my purchased tickets to my Apple wallet like it did in the past. Continuously says the pass is invalid. Thats the #1 feature I use this app for, ease of assessing my tickets. Without it, this is almost a waste of space on my iPhone.

Love the app but please please update it! Need to add wallet support an also be able to store credit card information

Since updating it doesnt open anymore. I cant delete it or anything. It just sits there as a gray box for an app icon! when I go to the App Store it keeps telling me to retrieve from my cloud, so I try to and then it just stops right before finishing download. Im sick of it just sitting there useless!!! Please fix this app ASAP.

Dont even think about getting this app! • only covers 2 theaters in the entire San Francisco market • freezes on map view EVERY TIME it opens • zero functionality • advertising in theaters is COMPLETE BS Download only if you want to be constantly irritated.

Would like to be able to delete used gift cards (how can I do that??) and purchase new gift cards thru this app!

App always turns itself off while in Cinemode and you get no reward! Fix it!!

Can no longer add purchased tickets to my  wallet just keeps saying the passes are invalid (they are not, the theater allowed me I with a printed ticket from the e-mail) & this feature is why I use the app! Plus it keeps crashing when adding my favorite theaters

Really nice and clean UI. Just needs support for Apple Pay for faster checkouts.

I really like this app! I love how I can reserve my seats and add all my tickets to wallet with ease. I just wish there was Apple Pay support. Many cinemark theaters accept it, but when I want to pay for more tickets, I have to go through the entire process of putting my name, address, card number etc. every time! Its a little frustrating. This app would be great with that little feature added

This is an okay all the rewards are garbage

If you receive an error during the transaction, do not re-attempt the purchase. Even though it says error, the charge will be held on your CC as pending and duplicate each failed attempt. Received "pending" charges on my CC account for 3 separate errors due to zip-code discrepancies. Those funds were tied up for weeks before being resolved.

This is the worst app ever. This app killed everyone I know and love. And it stole my girlfriend! Every time I log in, it just insults me saying things like: fatso, crybaby, ugly the works. This app was programmed by Satan himself it has to be.

Saves the fave when you open again but crashes each time. Annoying.

Very sad came to watch a movie went to get coffee walked to Alex so called mgr no smiles no how you doing no nothing we had to guess what kind of coffee ok ten minutes later cold coffee supposed to be hot then we asked for ice cream walking away from us he says someone will get it for you and left very bad service no sugar for coffee we had to wait for that right the condiment area was ugly no body cleaning I dont understand how to have a good night with attitude like that

This has got to be a world record for the worst performance of an App. I just downloaded the app. I pressed on something in the App - it crashed. Accessed the App again. It crashed on the first thing I pressed. To summarize 1 Loaded the App and opened it. 2 Pressed on something - CRASH 3 Opened the App again. 4. Pressed on something - CRASH. You have got to be kidding me. FIRE the QA team, the management and the programmers. Embarrassing.

If you really want incentives for people to turn off their phone during a movie and use this app, then give BETTER incentives!! Not a lame $2 off a drink IF you buy popcorn and WITHIN 2 weeks. What kind of reward is that? Give FREE rewards!!

Its in Finley crashes when I open the app and click on agree for the terms of service. Completely unusable.
